being a 3rd division team are you only allowed to bid for players within your league or can you make an offer for players in higher divisions ?

Hi Tony. There are 3 games in Summit. Each one is separate.
There is League 1 with 4 Divisions ie - Premier, Division 1, Division 2 and Division 3.
The exact same goes for League 2 and League 3.

You are in League 3 so you can buy from any of the 4 divisions within League 3.
A player won't refuse to sign for you even if you are bottom of division 3 and buying from the Prem (as long as his contract is at a minimum of 7 weeks and his wages reflect his value - approx 1/200th of the players value)

As always please correct me if I'm incorrect. I sometimes forget the minimum length of contract.
