Summit PBM game support is provided by a help desk ticketing system on the Summit Soccer website if you need support that relates directly to your Club. You can access the Help Desk by clicking THIS LINK (opens in a new tab).

Click the Open a new ticket link, select ‘Summit PBM’ from the Category drop down menu, add your support issue and click Submit to open a new ticket.

If you have a question or issue about playing the game itself then your best bet is to post it on the Forum. The game can seem fairly simple at first glance but is actually quite complicated without being over complex. On the forum you will find experienced managers who will be only too happy help with any issues about gameplay or help with order codes etc.
