Last season I had a 28 rated 17 y/o who went up to 31 rated at 18,he's now 44.9 rated,had the coach on him most of the season
I do have a couple of 35 rated 17/18 year olds who will get boosted

I bought a 23 ish mid age 18 from darren I think a few turns ago,he is now 28.6 and could potentially be 32 rated after the boosts

Ocean have a couple of players I'm very excited about.
DEF 38.1 age 18 so should be 40 next season. Just asked for new contract too.
Depending on whether I get promoted or not I may be tempted to offer him in a 2 for 1.
MID 35.2 age 18.
Winchester have 12 players that will get a boost but nothing really groundbreaking.

League one, for me is about olds not getting butchered. one or two I am tran 2ing this week as they will be naf next season (32.4 33 year old. for one) but reading through the doc mentioned in the op, on average they will end up loosing half their ratings so not as worried as I was, especially the 31/32 year olds.
League two is a big one for me with Westeros. 4 youngsters due boosts, none of them will be first team material with the boost but a few weeks training and they should be. If I get back to bac promotions, they will all be around 38-40 by the time I am in the premier league.
I agree with Darren, the boosts are a big part of the season, ensuring players get enough games, I do find it hard at times to buy (and keep) youngsters instead of improving the first team, its been easier with westeros and Genghis as they have been winning games. Tempting with my other teams to swap for higher rated players!
