Good Afternoon and happy Friday.

Whilst spending far too long looking at my shiny new (very well put together team) i have pondered different strategy's going forward, for instance, do i pick one payer in each position and train up to 40 odd and then buy one or two top players (40 rated mid on auction for instance) Do i look to get the average rating in each position up to 35ish? Do I train the squad players so they are as good as the first 11? the money i have available, do i use it to buy youngsters (25 rated MA on auction) Do i swap some of younger decent rated players for higher rated older (34.8 21 year old mid for instance)

I have used various strategy's listed above for my teams with mixed success, I was wondering what everyone else does with their teams, or do i just think about it far,far too much (i work at home a lot....)
