Out of interest what rate is your youth scout.
I stumped up 6.3m this week for a Youth scout Rate 16.
I think I may regret that one Lol! ....Just got sick of not having one.
At least it will be worth the read when he brings me the good news that he has found me a rate 2 like your guy smile

Your scout is much better than mine. I think mine is 11.6 or something around that. I did get a rate 6 a while ago as well.
Back to college he goes for a bit

The higher rated the scout is the better players he should find! I have sent mine to collage for feels like forever and he's a 24.7 now

The only rule is that a youth scout won't find a player higher than his own rating. So a 25 rated youth scout COULD find a 25 rated 16-18 year old.
All non playing staff retire at some point. I can't keep putting them into the game on the auction list if there is no way for them to drop out at the other end as unlike players, non playing staff don't age.

I didn't realise that they didn't age. I always wondered why their age isn't displayed on the squad page but it does appear when you put them on the transfer list.
