Hi Dave.
If you check out the support page, you'll see the turns have been delayed. Even if it wasn't delayed, I'd have expected it's arrival on Fri/Sat. As it is, I don't expect anything 'til Tuesday/Wednesday.

If you think this is an error then please raise a support ticket with payment details for that club so I can check
