Regarding teams being re-set..... it's largely a matter of making sure a new manager has funds to spend.
I don't think it would be fair to a new manager coming into the game if no funds were available to get involved in the transfer market.
Then again it wouldn't be fair to existing managers if I just added a load of cash to a club.
So the compromise is to re-set the Stadium and facilities and either delete a few players or lower their ratings and then top up the bank balance by the appropriate amount. It seems the fairest way for everyone.

I see your point Steve, I suppose it has to be done in a way. Just seemed unfair to Chris as he'd put in so much effort. I guess that's the price you pay for giving up your club!!!!!!
