What’s the best way to contact another manager or find out who manages a certain team?

Occasionally we get a sheet with who manages which team on. I think this is like once every 5 turns (approximately). Other than that just put a message out on the forum asking for the manager of the particular team you are wanting to contact. Someone will usually be able to help you out with information!!!!!
