The next set of turns will be the last to go out before the Christmas break. League 3 Week 6 may or may not make it out before the last posting date, the other two will, if not it will arrive between Xmas and New Year hopefully.

I'm not setting deadlines until January for the next turns. I know that officially the postal service works between Christmas and New Year but past experiences tell me it's pointless setting deadlines in that period as it caused all sorts of problems with managers not receiving postal turns in time.

Summit will resume with League 1 deadline on 06 January. League 2 kickoff won't be delayed a turn as is normal so that will be slotted into the 09/10 Jan deadline slot with League 3 resuming on 13 Jan so that postal holiday delays shouldn't impact it.

Thanks guys and girls for playing Summit during 2023 regardless of whether you have been here for 20+ years or just joined our community recently. I hope you are getting some enjoyment out of the game even if it has just become a habit for some lol.

I have had family health issues that are still ongoing that I don't really want to put online. Some of you are aware of these issues I know as I have had private conversations but it's not anything I want to put on a public forum. It's restricted the time I have to process Summit but I think the turns have gone out regularly enough to not be too much of a problem, not being too far away from the planned 10 day turnaround.

As for Summit I think the changes to the end of season stuff along with increased financial streams makes the game a bit more interesting for the coming seasons as the intention is it for it to be a football game and not a financial game although obviously there has to be financial limits.

Anyway, just wanted to say thanks for playing the game and hope you all have a stress free Christmas and New Year that you enjoy. Here's to another year of Summit and whatever that may bring to you and your club(s)!
