You would need to hire a software developer. Could be done.
No I wouldn't expect them to be doing the work. I meant just ask them if they thought it was feasible

This software was installed directly onto the machine by the programmer. I can't find any .exe file, it seems to be in parts as I have to click various Summit programmes in the right order to complete processing.
I have never yet met a software programmer who wanted to modify current code. Maybe you are an exception. They all want to restart from scratch. Since I don't have to explain the game to you or do an incredibly detailed development plan then if you think you can do a rewrite with scope for improvements I would always be interested in discussing.

The print supplier has told me today that new stock will dispatched on Tuesday (24 Sep). Assuming this reaches me next day therefore I would expect League 1 to go out on 25 Sep as I only need a bit more than a couple of hours or so to print and pack

To be fair to them they have provided me with constant updates. I didn't even contact them about about this, they emailed me before I had the chance. It's the only supplier out of the 4 or 5 I tried that showed this level of customer service.
Having a go at them isn't really going to achieve anything as they can't dispatch until their supplier has stock and at that point everyone will. Then I order a few months backup to stop this happening again.
On another note... this is the longest ever that I have gone without sending out Summit turns. I mean like in 30 years. It feels a bit strange.

The bloke from Deliveroo is on his way, he left china 5 days ago on his pushbike, he only has one puncture repair kit
He currently is in Malaysia, he’s doing this all for £15 delivery fee, good man,hopefully he gets here soon puncture free:-)

So, unfortunately it seems they are using Royal Mail for delivery.
Nothing today but I have a tracking number. When I enter that it just says that the status will be updated when they attempt delivery. What does that mean? When I have the parcel they will tell me I have it? Is that their idea of tracking?
Being realistic it looks like Monday before I get it delivered so expect all three Leagues to be sent out during next week if that is the case.
