Not sure about this one either Gary but, speaking as a programmer, they'd be two different classes of objects - scout and physio, like a player and scout would be different. But a Def, Mid, Attacker would be diff subtypes. Also, I don't know if the person you're swapping with already has two scouts?
As to Carlos's point, Id like to be able to buy/sell staff at Upto 200% value because they are absolutely fundamental to the game. Esp now, re Youth Coaches, the absence of which can have profound effects on the long term management of a club.
