How many weeks can you send staff to college in a row before they get peed off?

Appreciate its probably different per staff member but how many in a row would you do before you think I better not push it anymore?

I just do three at college, then a task for one week. Then three at college. Rinse and repeat. The more staff you have it can be difficult so try and create a rota if you can. That’s what I’ve done anyway.

Don’t bother sending your coach to college though, just leave him training players up.

Its generally 3 weeks after reaching 15-rated then college 1 week then college again for 3 weeks
