Hey guys, what's the best and quickest way to get my players rating up?
Trying all sorts, squad gk def mid att, individual coaching... just takes such a long time and feels like I'm getting nowhere fast.

I put a coach on one player and he is taking forever, my coach is appalling for a 21 rated.
The best thing to do is try not to lose, even still my coach might as well do one as he’s quite shite:-)

Ultimately, winning on a regular basis is the best way but that's easier said than done.
In regards to a coach, I tend to pick one player and stick my coach on them for a decent spell.
My current player has gone up 1.3 in 2 turns but could well be .3 the next 2 turns. A bit hit and miss coaching can be.

I tend to coach players 29 and younger and if possible under 26. I find for me, targeting players .7 and above means mostly they will go up in match day rating. Whenever possible, if one of my younger players or high max (ideally both) are .7 or above they will get coached before others. I have tried coaching a players for 4-5 weeks but find it never has the same impact.
Not sure if others have seen the same but over the last couple of seasons coaching seems to have got worse. across all leagues and no mater the rating of my coach I am lucky to get average results from them.

On average a player will go up by four ratings every ten turns or 0.4 a turn, I've sadly gone through seasons of sheets and worked this average out, one boring Sunday
