i have had this a few times my players are actually being coached backwards
i have 32.6 att last turn coached this turn coaching was down to 32.4 and didn't even play
last turn on another i and a youngster went 22.8 to 22.4 on a average coaching session.
should this be happening

How did your games end when these coachings happened? Sometimes a poor result can really undone even the best coaching! It winds me up when I lose, 3 players go down by 0.4! but win 6-2 and only 1 player goes up by 0.3! And that was after scoring 4 goals!

well drew this turn but if he didn't play play surely wouldn't matter and the other player my team 3-0 that turn so I'm not sure whats going with it all

I can't think of anything to explain that, think that's one for Steve. Maybe it's a bug? Was the one that didn't play on the subs bench?
