I think this has been asked before but I'm not sure.

If a Coach spends time with an injured player, does it do any good? Is it better to switch him to another player/college until the player's fit again?

    I'm open to correction here but I'm fairly confident that you can train injured players and they will continue to increase in rate regardless of the injury. Hopefully someone will confirm or refute!

    I think they get trained as normal, my 20 rated coach in lg1 whom I’ve had since the beginning ish of the season never gets a decent out come, every week since I’ve had him it’s been “not much use” or poor
    I’m gonna have to sack him and buy someone else I think

    The impact of a coach is unaffected by the status of a player. An injured or banned player will see an increase to their rating the following turn if they are coached.
