I know you can only have 1 coach at a time......but.....
Do you need to sell before you buy (if you want to get a better one) or is there a weeks grace if you get the replacement first?

You'd have a hard time selling any non playing staff. Even a coach. Directors don't like money being spent on staff unless it's at auction. I think you will get 1 week to get rid of one if you did have 2, much like if you have more then 21 players, there is some grace. They will normally get rid of the better one as well!

I've always thought that if you have two, one is at risk so never wanted to chance it. Coaches are always worth more than the official value so you can't sell them for what they're really worth.

You can't sell them at all, Cris. In my experience directors always block buying of staff from another club. You'd either have to tran 2 them to auction. Or swap them for another staff member. Has any one ever tried to swap a staff member for a player??

Now not sure if that would include a max or min scenario al I know is 1.5m is the limit so if you try and sell a 1.7m staff member not sure it would go they.
But if you try it let me know what happens

Well there you go, I'm learning things. Never tried to sell a member of staff, if I have a Coach I want to keep them.

By the way we've had two coaches at Fincer for years and no problems. One has wheels and takes the players to away matches and the other is a bloke who teaches the players to play better. Steve's fine with that.
