The longer you are with a team the better you will become.
Stick with it. Identify the right players to Coach.
Don't waste time Coaching players who aren't going to form the spine of your team for seasons to come.

When you start a new league, like L3 was in Season One, everyone gets the same amount of money.
The Stadiums are all defaulted to the same size and each squad has exactly the same overall rate starting off.
I have heard it said that some teams can print their own money and buy whoever they want.
It's worth remembering that everyone started off equal.
It is challenging for managers who take a team in the later seasons.
