Ok graham will save these 2 for you my D/M is on 5 weeks contract so you can wait till week 3 to do both deals or buy the DMA on week 2 then swap week 3.

the D/M wont be ready till week 3 as hes still on 5 weeks hopefully he doesnt want a new contract then it can be done next turn but if not i will have to offer him a new one on week 2.
hes valued at 21m and only on 75k so i doubt we could force it through
its up to you what you want to do
i dont mind waiting just 1 more turn to sort it out.
